We're 12 weeks away from kicking off our 2nd Charged Up 3K! If you didn't join us for the November run, you can join us on March 28! Is this just another race? Absolutely 100% not! So what makes this event different?
Race Format
1000 m run
30 m walking lunges
1000 m run
30 m burpee broad jumps
1000 m run

Accessible for Beginners OR Charge Up Your Intensity for Seasoned Athletes
With a 3K distance, anyone can finish our race while being safe and having an awesome time. Every movement can be modified for movement constraints, but if you want to charge things up, see how fast you can complete the race!
Remote Training Plan OR Add In-Person Training
Each registration includes a remote training plan with cardio and body weight strength training workouts. We want you to succeed, so take advantage of these purposeful workouts that will increase your cardio fitness and your muscular endurance for the Charged Up 3K.
This time, we're opening up our Saturday workouts to race participants for an additional cost. Our Saturday workouts are programmed perfectly for the type of fitness you'd want to build for any endurance event, and you can get an amazing deal, without becoming a monthly member (although, once you experience our classes, I can't imagine why you wouldn't join our crew :) ).
