Fitness and nutrition goals can look different for everyone. But no matter what your focus might be, embarking on this journey in a supportive community makes a huge difference.


Motivation will get you started but consistency will keep you going, and a major factor when it comes to our success at consistency is the community in which we're connected.


This is nothing new or revolutionary. Think about a place or activity that you wouldn't miss. Chances are, there are a few favorite people who are there too. You've made connections to others who attend that church or enjoy mystery novels too.


Whether you're embarking on a new health or fitness journey, or returning to it, it's important to consider who will help you stay consistent. Hopefully your home life is supportive of your desire to improve yourself, but one thing I know for sure is that a room full of people going through the workout with you, with a coach guiding you and taking care of your uncertainties, is sure to help you feel a part of something special.


Because it IS something special. A room full of people who are high-fiving each other's efforts in becoming their best selves is nothing short of special.
